Kitchen Equipment : Energy Efficiency is the Hot Topic

                หนึ่งในบันทึกสถิติโลก ไม่ใช่แค่งานแสดงการค้าอิเล็กทรอนิคส์ระดับโลก IFA ณ กรุงเบอร์ลิน สหพันธรัฐเยอรมนี แต่รวมถึงงานแสดงผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในครัวเรือนชั้นนำ ณ เมืองโคโลญจน์ ผู้จัดแสดงล้วนแต่ประสบความสำ เร็จในการลดอัตราการใช้น้ำ และพลังงานของอุปกรณ์ภายในครัวเรือนทั้งสิ้น บริษัทผู้ผลิตต่างก็หันมาสนใจในเรื่อง ‘ความยั่งยืน’ ซึ่งได้ยกให้ประเด็นนี้เป็นจุดขายสำคัญ นอกจากนี้ยังมีแนวคิดที่เชื่อมโยงเกี่ยวกับ ‘Smart Home’ ซึ่งมาพร้อมกับระบบศูนย์กลางการควบคุมการทำงาน ทั้งหมดภายในบ้าน และ ‘Smart Grid’ สำหรับเปิดใช้อุปกรณ์ช่วงกลางคืนโดยอัตโนมัติเพื่อช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่าย ฟังก์ชั่นหน้าจอสัมผัส ที่ใช้กันแพร่หลาย และเตาอบระบบอัจฉริยะ อีกหนึ่งตัวอย่างของความก้าวหน้าทางเทคนิคอันชาญฉลาด

               One world record follow another: not jut at the IfA International Consumer Electronics Exhibition in Berlin, but also the leading in-house and the LivingKitchen fairs in Cologne, exhibitors have succeeded in further reductions of water and electricity consumption in domestic equipment. Manufactures are now focusing their attention on ‘sustainability’ as the key sales proposition. In addition, there are networked ideas for the ‘Smart Home’, with central system controls for all household functions, and a ‘Smart Grid’ for equipment to turn on automatically and enjoy cheap night rates. Loads of intelligent touchpad functions and clever oven extractor fans are examples of clever technical advances.
